After reviewing the information in Chapter 4 discuss the following:

1)  According to Figure 4-1 (p. 97), many foods are being consumed above or below the goal. Explain 2 food group/dietary components that you are consuming in excess and 2 food group/dietary components that you are not consuming enough according to the recommendation. Explain how you could modify your behavior to reach the recommended goal AND how you compare to the average adult in Figure 4-1. 

2) Then refer to Table 4-1 (p. 96), choose 1 food group that you have trouble meeting the recommendation, AND discuss the recommendations for 1 “special consideration” group (pp. 101-104).
